Provide technical service and support in a timely manner, including but not limited to, installations, user training, preventative maintenance, and sales support
New installations include verification of electrical and environmental factors at customer site and installing and testing of printing equipment to ensure proper set up
Provide onsite user training for operation of equipment and preventative maintenance
Complete service reports after onsite visits to summarize visit and provide feedback
Provide exceptional customer service with follow ups after each visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing remote technical diagnostic support to ensure customers are fully supported

Minimum Requirements

Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as electro-mechanical with minimum experience of five years
Product knowledge of wide format printers and media highly preferred
Experience in the sign and display or graphic arts industry an asset
PLC programming experience as asset
Experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Colour Management
Excellent customer management and service skills
Ability to analyze complex hardware and software technical issues and identity root cause for resolution
Ability to work in a Remote support environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work long hours as needed and adapt to fast changing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
